Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 2 years of commercial experience working with C# .Net.
- You should have experience with SQL, Visual Studios, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- I am looking for someone with experience in database administration, including design, maintenance, and administration of databases.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices is important.
- Experience in project work, particularly with the implementation of new applications/services and new IT systems and processes, is necessary.
- Experience in a law/legal firm is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for researching, designing, coding, testing, and releasing in-house software to ensure it is fit for purpose and use.
- Your duties will include developing, testing, releasing, and providing ongoing maintenance of an integration framework for our systems and external parties such as clients.
- I expect you to create and manage reports, design and administer databases, and ensure that our in-house software and integrations are developed in line with information security best practices.
- You will collaborate closely with the Senior Software Developer and business users to understand requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of defined solutions.
- Assisting in identifying improvements to the department’s business processes and methodologies through the application of software and integration will be one of your tasks.
- You'll also be responsible for the creation and delivery of technical documentation, including requirements specifications and design documentation.
- Providing software support to team members and/or the IT outsource provider as part of the release process and handover will also be part of your role.
