Requirements
Must:
- I have 4 years' experience in a technical support role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- I possess proven technical breadth in areas such as virtualisation, cloud, networking, and end-user support.
- I hold a full, clean UK driving license.
- I am confident in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- I am a natural communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- I am a proactive learner who enjoys both autonomy and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- I take ownership of escalated 3rd line support tickets across infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms.
- I lead the design and delivery of technical projects.
- I mentor and support junior engineers across the service desk.
- I provide expert on-site support to clients as needed.
- I participate in pre-sales meetings to offer technical input alongside account managers.
- I maintain thorough documentation in line with internal processes.
- I support out-of-hours patching and participate in the on-call rota (post-probation).
