Senior Technical Support Engineer

- Proficiency in the Linux Operating System: I seek candidates with experience using terminal sessions (e.g., PuTTY, native SSH) and confidence in executing Linux commands for daily operational tasks and troubleshooting. Additional skills in scripting and basic system administration are a plus. - Comprehensive knowledge of the Windows Operating System: I require expertise in debugging application issues hosted on Windows platforms, including the ability to work with Windows logs, services, Event Viewer, IIS, and resource monitoring tools to isolate and resolve application-related issues. - Strong Database Skills: Candidates should possess a robust understanding of query executions across databases and hands-on experience in executing and debugging SQL queries in live environments.
