Requirements
Must:
- A hands-on background within Ruby, Rails, TypeScript, React, AWS or similar stack
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, product-led team
- Advocate for software engineering best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD, and pair programming
- Interest in working on complex problems with senior engineers
- Ability to work to set timescales for external customers
- Previous experience in a full stack engineer role using Ruby, TypeScript, React is essential
- Previous experience with AI or autonomous vehicles is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead projects in a scale-up environment utilizing Ruby, Rails, React, and AWS
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative products for our global customer base
- Solve complex engineering problems and advocate for best practices in software development
- Deliver high-quality software solutions within set timelines
- Contribute to a culture of autonomy and collaboration within the engineering team
