Requirements
Must:
- 6 years experience developing ASP.NET web applications in C# using Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code
- Experience creating RESTful APIs and ensuring API extensibility
- Deep experience of SaaS and Cloud deployed services (Azure ideally)
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD experience
- Experience with unit and automated testing
- Good knowledge of SOLID principles
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server
- (Desirable) Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture
- (Desirable) Experience with Containers (Docker, K8s)
- (Desirable) Understanding of security best practices (OWASP top ten)
Responsibilities
- Develop complex software solutions that impact public service safety and security
- Work on mission-critical systems in a cutting-edge environment
- Collaborate with team members on large programmes of work in public and private sectors
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs
- Implement and ensure the extensibility of APIs
- Engage in unit and automated testing of developed applications
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities
