Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
- Solid SQL knowledge.
- Good understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (e.g., networking, servers, cloud services - Azure).
- Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and lead from a technical standpoint.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET (C#) and SQL Server.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input on new initiatives.
- Help build and support infrastructure components as part of the application lifecycle (e.g., deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and support developers, contributing to a culture of continuous development.
- Play a key role in defining and shaping the department's development processes and tools.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide insights into technology roadmaps.
