Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support or as an Outsource Engineer
- Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 - 2022
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience with Networking, O365, and Azure
- VoIP experience is desirable
- Understanding of ITIL Framework
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineer on site for one of our customers
- Take ownership of all IT support tasks
- Provide day-to-day business-as-usual support
- Address more complex IT issues
- Conduct proactive maintenance of systems
- Participate in project-based work
