Must:
We are seeking a Node.js Developer who is transitioning from a .NET/Azure background. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript and GCP. Key skills include:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js
- Familiarity with GraphQL and MongoDB
- Experience with Docker & Compose
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Exposure to React, Tailwind, and NextJS is a plus
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to:
- Write clear, quality, tested, and well-documented code.
- Manage and support multiple services across different environments.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Focus primarily on backend development, with opportunities to learn frontend technologies.

If you're a .NET Developer located in Southampton looking to transition to Node.js, or if you are already working with the stack, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in our new office on the outskirts of Southampton. The salary for this Node.js Developer position is up to £53,000, accompanied by benefits including 25 days of holiday, a bonus, and a pension.
