Requirements
Must:
- Experience working across various levels of IT helpdesks from 1st to 3rd line support
- Strong focus on networking
- Experience troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
- In-depth understanding of network infrastructure
- Experience with wired network technologies (e.g., Cisco, HP/Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet)
- Experience with infrastructure WiFi technologies (e.g., Ruckus, Unifi, Meraki)
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth 3rd line support on network and WiFi infrastructure for key customers across the UK and Europe
- Support clients in the flexible workspace, co-working, hospitality, and commercial real estate industries
- Collaborate with our team to enhance our technical support capability
- Get involved with customer project work and installations, including potential travel to customer sites
- Work in a hybrid setting with approximately three days per week on-site
Description
We are a long-standing client in the IT sector, providing infrastructure, WiFi leased line internet, managed switch infrastructure, and VoIP telephony to over 10,000 clients in the UK. We have experienced significant success and are now looking to expand our technical support team. This position offers the opportunity to engage in rewarding work within a growing company that values your skills and experience.
