Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an ambitious Linux Support Engineer who has experience working with Linux-based systems. You should possess customer-facing experience and be skilled in Linux distributions such as CentOS or RHEL. Proficiency in scripting languages, including Shell, PERL, Python, and PHP is essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of IP, HTTP, and DNS. We value enthusiasm for problem-solving and a willingness to investigate new technologies.
Responsibilities
As a Linux Support Engineer, you will collaborate with our operations team on the roll-out and maintenance of our core SaaS product. Your responsibilities will include working with solution architects to implement software roll-out, troubleshooting issues using Linux tools and scripting, managing hardware/software migrations, and providing customer installation and support.
