Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Windows Server environments
- Excellent troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency in investigating issues using tools such as event logs
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, replication, certificates, and wider infrastructure dependencies
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure Local is useful
- Familiarity with Citrix, SCCM / MECM, Exchange, and Thycotic
- Knowledge of Zabbix or other enterprise monitoring tools is a plus
- Ability to work in Agile environments
- Willingness to travel within Europe without restriction
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting across Windows Server environments
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Support projects involving virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure
- Contribute to the transition from VMware to Azure Local
- Work with server, storage, file, email, and collaboration systems
- Help define technical priorities, improvements, and roadmap activities
- Mentor other IT Administrators within the team
- Support security, resilience, capacity, and regulatory requirements
- Research new technologies and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions
