Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Developer who can provide technical leadership and collaborate with internal stakeholders. You should have proven experience as a Senior or Lead Developer, alongside a strong track record of delivering technically complex projects in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. You need to have solid experience in JavaScript development (Node.js, React/NextJS) and expertise in cloud computing, preferably Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in key leadership tasks such as driving architectural decisions and contributing to the development of core features and integrations. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will guide and support junior developers and build and maintain integrations with ecommerce platforms, ERPs, and Warehouse Management Systems.

As we embark on this ambitious new project to develop our own channel integrations platform, we want you to join us at the start of this exciting journey. This new software engineering function is based in Southampton, and while we operate in the logistics sector for ecommerce, we are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge in a growing team. This is a hybrid role, requiring you in the office up to three times a week, and the Lead Developer position offers a competitive salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience, along with great future potential as our team expands.
