- Customer-facing experience delivering products to stakeholders
- Technical background, preferably in a software environment
- Background in either a networking or infrastructure role
- Excellent technical ability, proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based operating systems
- Technically minded, quick learner with strong attention to detail
- A keen desire to learn on the job (both in the office and on-site)
- Ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities
- Capture installation and demonstrate systems on client sites and at trade events
- Set up and review systems and software products
- Provide support, configuration, and training across simulation software and image generation tools
- Generate data assets for use within the deployed products
- Proactively liaise with customer stakeholders and across all business functions, responding flexibly to high loads
- Work within an Agile process and capture processes for improved understanding among staff when deploying systems

We are seeking an IT Systems Consultant to join our team at our Bournemouth HQ with a hybrid work model (3 days a week on-site). This customer-facing role involves installation, configuration, and demonstration of simulation solutions. You will work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and training. Our ideal candidate is someone who can adapt quickly and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
