Requirements
Must:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with technical service provision (support, managed services, consultancy)
- Experience managing Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Experience managing client expectations and handling pressure calmly
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Technical with the development of our services and service delivery
- Liaise with the Operations Department to improve our security and meet ISO 27001 compliance requirements
- Act as a point of escalation for service-based client feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and software partners
- Oversee Managed Service requests and maintain SLAs
- Manage Professional Services bookings with clients
- Assist in the creation of Statements of Work and Job sheets for Professional Services engagements
- Provide first and second line help desk technical support
- Provide internal office IT support to the team as needed
