Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. You should have experience with Microsoft Intune for device and policy management, alongside expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. It is essential that you have experience with firewalls, VPNs, and a solid understanding of network security best practices. You must be capable of installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and networking infrastructure. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are a must.
Desirable skills include IT certifications such as CompTIA A, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent, and a CISSP certification or the willingness to work towards one. Additionally, hands-on experience with IT service desks or networking support roles, along with the ability to lead IT projects, upgrades, and migrations, would be advantageous. A passion for automation, process improvement, and modern IT solutions is also desirable.
Responsibilities
As an IT Operations Engineer, you will take ownership of our IT landscape and will be the go-to expert for resolving IT issues across hardware, software, and network connectivity, both on-site and remotely. Your role will involve innovating and optimizing our IT infrastructure while prioritizing security. You will manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure a seamless experience for users.
