Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 10 years’ senior technology leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering at scale in regulated SaaS technology.
- I need someone who has demonstrated success in scaling software development teams within high demand, fast-growing environments.
- Experience in Consumer Products, specifically Direct to Customer (DTC) and/or B2C markets, is essential.
- A solid career progression within software development, transitioning from hands-on proficiency to senior leadership, is necessary.
- I’m looking for someone with experience in leading and elevating existing teams, instilling discipline and delivery confidence.
- A deep understanding of modern development practices, including delivery, prioritization, and business alignment, is required.
- Your hands-on leadership style should focus on removing blockers and enabling delivery, rather than just writing strategy.
- A strong grasp of security, compliance, and governance in healthcare or regulated environments is essential.
- You must be willing and able to work in Southampton 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to evaluate the existing platform, technologies, and team capabilities, making recommendations and implementing improvements for the company’s next growth phase.
- You will inherit an established team of developers, with the goal of organizing, motivating, and elevating them to achieve clear outcomes.
- I expect you to introduce discipline and delivery confidence within the team, ensuring a strong focus on ethical, customer-centric solutions that prioritize customer experience and patient welfare.
