We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience with the Azure data platform, proven capability in delivering API and enterprise system integrations, and expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing. A solid understanding of how data feeds into Power BI and analytics platforms is essential. Additionally, familiarity with GCP is desirable to support our migration, along with exposure to iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica. Experience in multi-site sectors like healthcare, retail, or hospitality is also a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Data & Integrations Lead, you will lead the development and maintenance of our enterprise data and integration platforms. This includes designing, building, and managing Azure data pipelines using Data Factory, Data Lake, and SQL. You will own the API and system-to-system integrations through Logic Apps, Function Apps, and related tools. Oversight of data governance, quality, and documentation will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will mentor a small Data & BI engineering team and partner closely with teams across Finance, HR, and Operations, along with senior stakeholders. Collaboration with external MSPs and vendors will be essential to ensure best-practice delivery.

The salary ranges from £70,000 to £80,000, depending on experience, with hybrid working options available—only requiring two days a month on-site in Basingstoke.
