Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role. You should have extensive experience in Google Workspace support, and experience with Okta would be a plus. We prefer individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be comfortable working with all levels of the organization. We seek someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
In your role as the IT Service Desk Engineer, you'll act as the initial point of contact for IT assistance. Your passion for helping business team members will ensure they receive timely, effective, and professional support for their technical needs. You'll provide a mixture of software and hardware support, focusing on Google Workspace, Azure, Gsuite, Office 365, Apple MacBooks, Dell laptops, and Chromebooks. Additionally, you'll support various collaboration and communication tools, including video conferencing systems and messaging platforms like Zoom, Slack, and Google Meet. You will also manage hardware and asset tracking to maintain an organized inventory. Our success relies on your self-motivation, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently while striving for continuous improvement.
Description
This contract role is OUTSIDE IR35 and will be for an initial 3-month period, requiring onsite work 4 days a week, with 1 day of remote work.
