Requirements
Must:
- Experience of project-based work
- Windows Server 2008 - 2022
- Active Directory, Exchange
- Networking
- O365 and Azure
- VoIP experience is desirable
- ITIL Framework knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineer on-site for the end client in Chichester
- Take ownership of all IT support including day-to-day business as usual support
- Troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues
- Conduct proactive maintenance
- Engage in an element of project work
- Attend the London site up to 1 day per week, with travel time included in working hours
- Typically work onsite in London from 10am to 2pm

This position is fully on-site and involves 4 days of work at our Chichester location with one day of travel to our London site.
