Requirements
Must:
- Experience in providing 1st line support via desk-side, phone, and email
- Proficiency in Windows 7 - 11 support
- Familiarity with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange / email troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Service Desk / ticketing systems
- Experience with remote support tools
- Ability to troubleshoot printer issues
- Basic network troubleshooting skills (e.g., switches, Wi-Fi, Meraki)
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive 1st line support for IT issues across multiple sites
- Log, triage, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams when necessary
- Assist end users with hardware, software, and network queries
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of users and setup of devices
Description
We are Spectrum IT, currently seeking a Contract 1st Line Support Analyst to join our client in Eastleigh on an initial 3-6 month contract. This is an outside IR35 role requiring onsite work five days a week. As a key part of our team, youll play a vital role in ensuring users receive prompt and effective resolution to IT issues, providing support across various sites.
