Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have the following experience:
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Commercial experience as a Finance Analyst (or similar) within a SaaS, Software, or technology business
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and ideally Power BI
- Understanding of Cost Optimisation or similar practices
Responsibilities
As a Cloud Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Cloud cost optimisation and financial modelling
- Working cross-functionally with DevOps, Product, Finance, R&D, and Legal teams
- Influencing decision-making regarding cloud spend, tools, and commercial benefits
- Engaging with international teams and contributing to enterprise-level operations
Description
This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to integrate their finance and cloud platform expertise in a strategic, high-impact role within the tech industry. With a salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 along with benefits, we offer a hybrid working model in Southampton, Hampshire. You will have the chance to work closely with a knowledgeable mentor, a Director of FinOps, who brings extensive experience in managing the strategic and operational performance of complex multi-platform cloud estates.
