Requirements
Must:

- 5 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud support.
- Proficiency in AWS, ideally in a public cloud environment.
- Expertise in managing VMWare and virtualised systems.
- Experience with managing Windows servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IIS.
- Hands-on experience with SAN, enterprise compute, and OS patching.
- Strong understanding of DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and SNMP.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain servers, both on-premises and in the cloud (AWS).
- Configure and manage virtualisation (VMWare) and physical storage (SAN).
- Perform OS patching, upgrades, and optimisation for performance.
- Ensure system and file security across environments.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Deploy and manage Linux servers.
