Requirements
Must:
- 2nd Line support experience, preferably within an MSP environment
- Remote & customer-facing support
- Windows Server 2008 - 2022 knowledge
- Active Directory and Exchange experience
- Hyper-V expertise
- Networking skills
- O365 and Azure familiarity
- VoIP experience is desirable
- ITIL Framework knowledge
- Full driving license
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line IT Support to our growing customer base
- Assist clients primarily on-site in Hampshire
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
- Engage with customers to deliver a high standard of service
