Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in providing technical support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), Office 365, Windows Server, server virtualization (HyperV/VMware), and routing/switching.
- Eligibility for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, support, and maintain a wide range of systems.
- Work both independently and as part of an established support team.
- Expand your skill set quickly in a dynamic environment.
