Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A full, clean driving license.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 Management, Advanced Group Policy Management, Active Directory, Sites and Services, and DNS Management.
- MCP or MCSE qualifications are desirable but not essential, or qualified to degree level or equivalent in an IT discipline.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining internal IT equipment within our business.
- Providing 1st Line IT support.
- Traveling to different sites as needed.
- Contributing to our supportive IT team and sharing knowledge for continuous improvement.
