Requirements
Must:
- BTEC Level 3 in IT or equivalent (e.g., Apprenticeship)
- CompTIA A and MTA's in infrastructure
- ICT Degree
- 12 months of experience in a similar role
- Competent PC user with strong Microsoft skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Aptitude for technical troubleshooting
- Clear and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and investigate issues
Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance to our clients. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving issues, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
