Requirements
Must:
- Third line support experience in a Linux environment
- AWS proficiency
- Knowledge of VoIP and associated technologies
- Experience with Raspberry Pi
- Strong networking knowledge
- MSP background (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Jira (nice to have)
- Experience supporting software applications (nice to have)
- Exposure to JavaScript (nice to have)
- Experience with Grafana or similar tools (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Provide third line support for Linux systems
- Manage and resolve technical issues related to AWS services
- Support VoIP systems and troubleshoot associated technologies
- Assist with Raspberry Pi deployments and maintenance
- Collaborate with networking teams to resolve connectivity issues
- Document all support interactions and solutions provided
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge with peers
- Occasionally visit onsite for maintenance or training as required
