Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, I will have you play a crucial role in evaluating, improving, and maintaining our IT systems. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power Pages. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand reporting requirements and develop interactive reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. I expect you to work closely with stakeholders to create and enhance custom applications, automate workflows, and improve user experience within the Power Platform ecosystem. You will also participate in data-driven and system development projects, provide advanced analytical insights and technical input, serve as the first point of contact for IT support tickets, and manage the setup and dispatch of new starter hardware to ensure smooth employee onboarding. Additionally, you will assist in preparing monthly Board Reports in collaboration with the IT & Systems Manager and maintain and continuously improve internal data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
