Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Linux operating system with experience using terminal sessions (e.g., PuTTY, native SSH) and confident in executing Linux commands for daily tasks and troubleshooting. Additional skills in scripting and system administration are a plus.
- Complete knowledge of the Windows operating system to debug application issues, working with Windows logs, services, Event Viewer, IIS, and resource monitoring tools to isolate and resolve application-related issues.
- Strong understanding of database functions, including executing and debugging SQL queries in live environments. Familiarity with DML, DDL, DCL, and TCL statements and their appropriate usage is essential, along with experience in handling database-related issues such as deadlocks and slow query troubleshooting.
- Awareness of cloud architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers, with a moderate ability to troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, I will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our high-priority customers on the efficient use of their software solutions. My main responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with customers to resolve challenges, and ensuring they can effectively utilize our products to meet their needs.
