Requirements
Must:
- Commercial experience developing software with Python
- Experience building and maintaining production systems
- A strong approach to testing and code quality
- Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS preferred, but Azure or GCP is acceptable)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and ongoing improvement of commercial systems
- Build and maintain Python-based services and applications
- Write clear, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Contribute to design decisions and agreed technical standards
- Review code and help raise engineering quality across the team
- Support reliable releases in a cloud-hosted environment
Description
We are a well-established software company operating in the highly regulated energy sector, offering a base salary of circa £56,000 plus a bonus of up to 15%.
