Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Project-based work
- Proficient in Windows Server
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
- Strong Networking skills
- Familiarity with O365 and Azure
- Desirable experience in VoIP
- Understanding of ITIL Framework
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineer on site for one of our customers
- Take ownership of all IT support
- Provide day-to-day business as usual support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
- Conduct proactive maintenance
- Participate in project work as needed
- Facilitate occasional travel to a London site
