Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a software support / application support role
- SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, MS Dynamics etc)
- Strong communicator / customer service focused
- Understanding of SQL/SQL databases
- Understanding of systems relating to Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Bookkeeping or Stock (desirable)
- Experience working in a support desk environment (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for our ERP software to ensure customers are maximizing its potential.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams, including software development, to enhance user experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve understanding of our ERP software.
