Requirements
Must:
- Experience with project planning and implementation
- Experience working with Microsoft servers
- Experience managing Microsoft 365
- Experience with common network infrastructure devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with an eye for detail
- Willingness to listen and then ask relevant questions to help diagnose technical and application issues
- Customer oriented and calm under pressure
- Ability to follow process
- Experience working with niche Software Services (Desirable not essential)
- Experience working with Linux servers (RedHat and CentOS)
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell and Bash)
- Experience working with SQL servers
- Working with pre and post sales
- Technical Writing
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to clients, focusing on diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks
- Plan and implement IT projects effectively
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
- Work with network infrastructure to ensure systems run smoothly
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members, documenting processes and resolutions
- Follow established processes to guide clients through technical issues
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre and post sales technical discussions
- Maintain a supportive and customer-oriented environment under pressure
