Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support environment
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Windows 11 support
- Competence in Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra access management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange / email troubleshooting
- Experience with Service Desk / ticketing systems
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Skills in printer setup and troubleshooting
- Basic network troubleshooting (e.g. switches, Wi-Fi, Meraki)
- Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics support experience
- Nice to have: Experience with telephony systems (Mitel, Avaya or similar)
- Nice to have: ITIL knowledge or certification
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation
- Resolve a wide range of technical issues
- Manage support tickets efficiently
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams and third-party suppliers
- Ensure a high level of service is delivered to the business
- Participate in projects alongside day-to-day support activities
Description
We are a well-established UK organisation currently undergoing a major digital transformation programme, and we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our internal IT team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working, requiring attendance at our headquarters in Winchester 2-3 days per week. This position provides exposure to new systems and platforms in a fast-paced support environment, allowing you to gain valuable experience in a modernising IT landscape.
