Responsibilities
- Take ownership of first- and second-line support requests via phone and ticketing systems
- Resolve issues across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 efficiently
- Onboard new starters and manage user accounts
- Configure devices to support a smooth user experience
- Deploy and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Assist with system maintenance, including updates and security policies
- Maintain clear documentation and provide basic user guidance
Description
We are Spear & Jackson Group, looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Group IT team in Sheffield. This full-time, permanent role supports around 300 employees across multiple UK companies, focusing on maintaining day-to-day IT operations.
