Requirements
Must:
- Experience producing high-quality business process maps using BPMN 2.0 notation
- Experience documenting current state processes and system workflows
- Ability to lead workshops, discovery, and playback sessions to gather and document processes, systems configuration, and data models
- Ability to analyse and document data quality and data models, providing recommendations for future-state services and systems
- Experience designing test scripts and conducting UAT, systems, and integration testing
- Strong engagement skills with residents, service users, and business colleagues through workshops and sessions
- Strong knowledge of social housing regulation, including Consumer Standards, Safety and Quality Standards, TSMs, and Economic Standards (desirable)
- Ability to model Southern Housings HEART values
Responsibilities
- Support the business process stabilisation as a foundation for the Transformation Programme
- Analyze, document, and optimise business processes, systems, and data
- Work closely with Transformation Service Designers, Change Partners, Product Managers, and Technology and Data colleagues
- Document and build deep knowledge of current state processes and system workflows
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of living documents related to business processes
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate discovery sessions and gather information on current practices
- Prepare for and lead UAT and systems testing to assure successful implementation of changes
