Requirements
Must:
- A track record of effectively working with people to use insight to improve experiences.
- Experience in extracting insights from secondary data sources using analytical tools.
- Proven ability to develop robust customer insight and satisfaction approaches.
- Experience in developing customer segmentation, profiling, and personas.
- Strong ability to present complex information clearly, engagingly, and credibly to various audiences, including senior leaders.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and insight creatively.
- Excellent understanding of data protection regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships and achieve buy-in at all levels.
- Effective numerical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze customer and user experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure teams have easy access to insights, understand their customers, and act on this information to enhance services.
- Produce and present accurate, engaging insight and satisfaction reports, including those created in Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Create and maintain frameworks and systems to capture and utilize insights effectively.
- Empower colleagues to analyze and leverage data.
- Assess, track, and promote understanding of demand.
- Develop a suite of customer success and associated efficiency metrics, ensuring robust reporting systems are in place.
- Lead projects focused on collecting, researching, and utilizing data that reflects customer behaviors, trends, sentiments, and preferences to support improvements and service development.
