Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of Asset Management & Compliance in Social Housing
- Demonstrable experience of using Asset Management systems (including Keystone and Apex)
- Good understanding of regulatory reporting including Building Safety and Compliance, Decent Homes, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS), and Energy (RdSAP)
- Experience in data auditing and quality techniques
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
- Experience in maintaining large datasets, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for analyzing asset management data, highlighting and correcting data quality issues that could impact integration
- Act as a problem solver, proactively following up on issues and tasks, as well as engaging with stakeholders to ensure a successful migration of data and processes
- Conduct data mapping and transformation activities for asset data (such as components, attributes, characteristics, RDSAP, asbestos, etc.) to align source data with the target systems structure
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of migration processes including data mapping, issues, and decision logs
- Assist the procurement process and evaluation of a new asset management system
- Undertake user acceptance testing and provide feedback to support decision-making
