We are looking for a Senior MVC Developer with demonstrable expertise in MVC and .NET web applications development, including advanced customization and extensibility. You will need deep experience with the ASP.NET MVC framework and proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript, Web API, SQL Server, along with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON. A comfortable understanding of complex data modeling and performance optimization in large-scale MVC environments is essential. You should be adept at explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and working closely with business users. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, source control, and work management using Azure DevOps is a must. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities are critical.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take a lead in the development and support of Microsoft MVC and .NET web applications, as well as C# Console and API solutions, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the software lifecycle. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to analyze requirements, define architecture, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. You’ll develop and support both MVC and Console applications, leveraging SQL Server and integrating with external data sources and APIs. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end implementations, including security, data migration, integration, and performance tuning. As a team leader, you will provide technical direction and oversight to other developers and contractors, manage task allocation and priorities, and contribute to internal consulting activities. You will also play a critical role in the governance of the MVC and ASP.NET framework estate, owning incidents and issues while ensuring that long-term solutions are in place.
