We are seeking a capable and business-savvy individual for the role of Dynamics 365 CRM Product Manager. To be successful, you should have strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CRM Administrator in Dynamics 365 environments. You need hands-on configuration experience of Dynamics 365 CE / Model-Driven Apps, including forms, views, dashboards, and business rules. Managing user access, security roles, teams, and field-level security is essential. Familiarity with Dataverse search customization and the ability to integrate and manage custom plugins within Dynamics 365 are required. A solid understanding of solution deployment pipelines and environment management across D365, as well as the CRM development lifecycle, testing approaches, and change management processes, is important. You should have the ability to project manage transformation roadmaps while prioritizing changes in alignment with stakeholder needs and product direction. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

As the Dynamics 365 CRM Product Manager, you will serve as the primary owner of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements in line with business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand process needs, pain points, and emerging requirements. Your role will include providing clear guidance and analysis on the impact of change requests, new feature development, and system enhancements. Additionally, you will manage CRM user roles and access permissions to maintain appropriate access controls, design and implement front-end changes within Dynamics 365, and oversee solution deployments across environments. You will create and manage workflows, integrate custom plugins, and contribute to the design of APIs and data exchanges with external systems. Furthermore, owning the change assessment process and maintaining CRM documentation will be part of your key responsibilities.

This position is a hybrid role based in Hemel Hempstead, offering a competitive salary of £70,000.
