Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in application support or a similar role
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices
- Excellent technical expertise in system configuration and development
- Ability to work collaboratively with service desk and infrastructure teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Passion for improving systems and processes
- Willingness to work on multiple projects and support colleagues
- Flexible approach to working hours, including potential evening work
Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and continuously improve our core internal systems
- Provide technical expertise to support key business processes
- Collaborate with the Service Desk team to address queries and issues
- Work with the Infrastructure team to monitor system performance and resolve alerts
- Maintain high quality systems for internal and external customers
- Engage in various projects aimed at enhancing technology and processes
- Build lasting relationships with stakeholders to guide on best practices
- Stay involved in the application development cycle and provide insights for improvement
