Must:
- Proven senior data leader with experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics strategies
- Strong capability across data architecture, governance, platforms and advanced analytics
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments (utilities experience advantageous but not essential)
- Gravitas to influence at executive level and lead through collaboration rather than hierarchy
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the group-wide data, analytics and AI strategy across the relevant water companies
- Lead a team of data professionals and manage the data and analytics budget
- Work closely with executive stakeholders to enable major transformation programmes
- Embed data as a strategic asset improving data literacy, trust, transparency and AI readiness
- Lead Pennons Open Data strategy and regulatory engagement
