Must:
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in a similar role within an IT Service Desk, who can deliver a great customer experience while managing incidents and service requests. While you're not expected to be an expert in everything, you should have knowledge of some of the following: Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, managing laptops, managing mobile devices, managing printers, Windows server administration, Azure, networking, Orchard Housing Enterprise, and similar housing applications.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Officer, you will be part of our IT Service Desk team, ensuring that our IT systems are available and functioning properly to help South Liverpool Homes deliver great homes, strong communities, and bright futures. You will be service-oriented, friendly, and professional, managing incidents and service request tickets across our infrastructure and applications. We expect you to be on-site in our Liverpool office for four days per week, fostering close interactions with colleagues and technologies.
Description
This position offers a salary of £32,156 per annum, alongside excellent benefits. The role is based in Liverpool, with an opportunity to work from home one day per week.
