Engagement Programme Lead

- Design, plan, and execute both qualitative and quantitative market research projects to address core business questions. - Select appropriate research methodologies and techniques to meet defined business objectives. - Develop research instruments, including screening tools, discussion guides, and survey questionnaires. - Manage the end-to-end research process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Proactively scope and recommend research activities to anticipate future business needs. - Manage and maintain the companys insight hub, ensuring it is up to date and utilized across the business. - Manage the Independent Challenge Group and associated activities and logs. - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sets to identify trends, customer needs, and actionable insights. - Translate research findings into clear reports, presentations, and data visualizations. - Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to senior management and cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify research needs. - Manage relationships with external research agencies, overseeing briefing, contract negotiations, and quality deliverables. - Champion a customer-centric and data-driven approach to build the profile of the research function.
