Requirements
Must:
- Experience in providing Level 1 user support in an ICT environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly
- Excellent customer service skills across multiple contact channels
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and users
- Willingness to undertake assigned ICT project tasks
- Willingness to undergo PVG checks as required for regulated work
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for users via face-to-face, telephone, email, and online channels
- Analyze user requests and either resolve or escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions
- Assist with ICT project tasks assigned by the management
