Must:
We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. You should possess relevant certifications, such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in one or more modules. It's essential that you have the ability to analyze the structure and components of the Now Platform to understand its capabilities and configure it to meet business needs. Familiarity with exploring extended functionalities available on the Now Platform to enhance usability is also desirable. Participation in ServiceNow Community forums and industry groups is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, I will expect you to drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple customer environments, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery. You will design, prepare, and implement robust test cases using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform reliability and performance. You'll enhance ServiceNow instances by applying routine updates and configuration changes tailored to each customer's unique needs. Playing a key role in launching new applications and modules, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to maintain platform consistency, scalability, and upgrade readiness. Additionally, I want you to advise customers with smart, tailored recommendations on tools and process improvements to maximize their ServiceNow investment.
