Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a hands-on ServiceNow development role, including relevant certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in one or more modules.
- Ability to analyze the Now Platform architecture and understand its structure and components for optimal use.
- Skills in implementing the Now Platform, including setup and configuration specific to business needs.
- Knowledge of exploring extended capabilities of the Now Platform to enhance usage and integrate new solutions.
- Participation in ServiceNow Community forums and industry groups to stay updated on best practices and trends.
Responsibilities
- Drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple customer environments, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery.
- Design, prepare, and implement robust test cases using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Enhance ServiceNow instances through routine updates and configuration changes tailored to each customer's unique needs.
- Play a key role in launching new applications and modules, contributing during the planning, development, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to maintain platform consistency, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
- Advise customers with smart, tailored recommendations on tools and process improvements to maximize their ServiceNow investment.
