Requirements
Must:
We seek individuals who have experience working in a hands-on ServiceNow development and support role. You should have expertise and relevant certification, including a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules. Additionally, you will need experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances. A strong understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest features is essential. You should demonstrate experience in assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment, with knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, including ServiceNow.
It would be great if you also have experience with domain separation and certifications indicating experience with other ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Employee Workflow, Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer at Sopra Steria, you will configure and develop on various instances of ServiceNow, including making routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer. You will collaborate with team members to support platform consistency and upgradability. Your role will involve providing Level 3 support for multiple ServiceNow platforms across various applications, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD. You will also mentor and provide technical guidance to junior support analysts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to suggest and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality, ensuring efficient use of resources.
