Support Analyst

- As part of my team, you will be responsible for responding to IT-related telephone calls and emails from colleagues, ensuring timely and effective support. - You will log and resolve IT requests within agreed-upon targets, administering the Microsoft Estate and other key business systems. - Your role will involve monitoring and managing IT requests, coordinating projects, handling IT procurement requests, and overseeing IT security administration. - You will oversee the Moves, Additions, Deletions, and Changes (MADC) process, which includes setting up new users on Microsoft 365. - Additionally, you will monitor internal IT mailboxes, responding to colleague requests and automated alerts through our IT Service Management tool. - Collaboration with third-party technology and support providers across applications, infrastructure, networking, and telephony will also be part of your responsibilities. - Maintaining and updating the IT SharePoint page, sharing best practices, and contributing to our technology knowledge database will be essential. - You will provide general help and advice to users, utilizing remote desktop tools.
