Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from kick-off to completion.
- Set up meetings for the Project Team.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to guide decisions and track progress.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for Project Managers.
- Keep project documentation organized and updated, including plans, logs, and trackers.
- Assist with workshops, meetings, and reviews, including managing agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
- Help maintain project governance and ensure processes are followed.
- Coordinate activities between teams and ensure deadlines are met.
